Joanna M. Furia, Esquire has owned her family law practice since 1996. She provides legal representation to individuals dealing with the difficult circumstances of divorce, child custody disputes, child support, alimony, division of assets, and step-parent adoptions.
Ms. Furia uses the expertise gained in decades of helping clients navigate the simple and the complicated issues to assist them in achieving beneficial results. Depending on the circumstances and the client’s needs, results may be attained through careful negotiation or through litigation in Family Court.
Ms. Furia is a 1988 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. She has practiced law exclusively in Montgomery County and Bucks County, Pennsylvania throughout her career.
